Cutting the Drama Out of Blu-ray Production

We've authored a HDMV title in 3D. The encoding is from DSE and when skipping quickly through the base file in DGIndex the stream is there until the credits appear. However, when we've compiled the movie and play it in TotalMedia Theatre 5, the movie ends at about 7 minutes and jumps to the main menu. The total time however matches the time in of the movie. If I skip to chapter after this point or scrub on the timeline, TotalMedia freezes and I need to kill the process.

We've encoded 2 tries, one from 2 prores files and one try from 10bit avi aja files.

Any ideas as to what this can be?

To update this. I tried to burn the image itself onto a BD-R and play it in PowerDVD, it works fine there it seems. Is it just a bug with the compiled files (I've unpacked the iso file with winzip as recommended by Netblender and played from folder)?

Just a guess.  Do you have more than one segment in the playlist?  If so, are the spaces (arrows) between them green?

Green indicates seamless.  Try clicking on them to make them red (not seamless).  Do that for all playlists in the project that have multiple segments.  (I had a simular problem with BD-J project and someone (Gerard I think) made that suggestion - it worked for me.)

Hope this helps.

3D playlists doesn't allow more than 1 segment.
