Boy, I'm on here way too often lately. :)

I had a project that was pretty much done, but now upon opening it, DSA crashes with the following exception. Other projects open just fine.

System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing.

   at NetBlender.DSA.ApplicationController.OpenApplication(String fullName)
   at NetBlender.DSA.DoStudioAuthorEdition.*(String fileName)
   at NetBlender.DSA.DoStudioAuthorEdition.$(Object sender, EventArgs e)
   at System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem.RaiseEvent(Object key, EventArgs e)

   at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m)

Any help anyone can offer in getting this file to open would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Justin, We are happy to help you but you need to use the DSA support site web portal for these types of issues.

Please open a new incident there and attach your projects .dsAp file and the entire .Contents folder of the project please.

Use the support tab of the DoStudio Smart Support tool to access the support web site. If you do not have a password yet please request one.

Thanks, Rob
