V2.6.6

I'm getting a lot of crashing of the application, especially when going to build or import PSD files. Its driving me nuts.

Anyone else seeing this behavior.  I've not changed anything on my system.

It is rather random and if I keep opening and trying again it usually ends up working. but a pain nonetheless.

Cheers

I use Avid Symphony as my editor. I have found that DSA can crash if the system is not rebooted. It could be that your video editor is reluctant to give back full graphics card control. If you have just come from your editor perhaps rebooting will alleviate the problem. But I know what you mean - Restart DSA after is crashes and then everything works.

sorry I can't help any more.

Hi Craig, we have a dedicated PC for DoStudio, so it isn't that.

It is driving me nuts though..

Cheers

If Windows 7 (or Vista), try turning off Aero (use a theme that is not Aero).  May not make any difference, but it did for me.  However, I had other applications open with DSA.
